Tenerife part 2 - the waters

Hello!

Okay so as you know, one of my previous posts was of my holiday in Tenerife where I shared various photos of natural sights with you. One thing I didn't do though, was share photos of the beach and ocean.. as I thought that's something most people might be bored of seeing. But, I was quite surprised when a lot of you said you hadn't heard about the place! To be honest, here in England most people know about Tenerife and it's usually a holiday destination for beaches and nightlife.. which is why I thought that sharing such photos would bore you! Well, now that that's cleared up I thought I might as well post some of these photos too so you can see exactly how beautiful the place is.. not just with exquisite mountains!

I've chosen some of my favourite photos from the beach, ocean and deck/harbour. Hope you enjoy!
Look at mountains in the back!

My photos definitely do NOT do justice to the beauty of the Island. It's a gorgeous place; I would recommend everyone to go there if I could!

What is your favourite holiday destination, and why?

Much love,
Ayesha xxx

Tenerife – breath-taking beauty of nature ♥

Hello!

So I know I’ve been pretty absent from my blog for some time.. but I have been super busy! I recently went on holiday to Tenerife and I was absolutely overwhelmed at the various sights I saw that were purely natural, with no effort of man. I have visited many countries around the world and while I love cultural trips, indulging in purely natural beauty for a week was definitely the best feeling ever, making this probably the best holiday from all places I’ve visited.

Okay so I know most people think of Tenerife and imagine sunbathing at the beach and the night life; but seriously, Tenerife is SO much more than that. It’s one of the Canary Islands and is basically all volcanic land (wow). It is next to the Atlantic Ocean which is exquisite in itself.

We went up to Mount Teide (still an active volcano), and on our way up there came a point where we were ABOVE the clouds. It's one thing looking down at clouds through a plane's window, but when you're driving side by side it's a totally different feeling. It was the most surreal experience ever. Coming back down through the clouds was also striking. I’ll share a few photos with you (I’m not going to bore you with the classic pretty beach photos though haha).
Above the clouds! Best photo I could get from a moving coach

Apart from that the other main things we did was to go dolphin and whale watching further into the Atlantic Ocean and also have submarine trip! Andddd I went parascending! Everything was brilliant and an experience I will never forget.

Oh look I'm up in the sky! I wanted to use a photo where you could see the clouded mountain :)

Hope you are all happy and well,
